Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day.

Teach a man to fish, and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day!!!

Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in his shoes..........................

That way, you're a mile away and you have the shoes.

With Thanksgiving next week just thought I would tell you some things I am thankful for.

1. faith
2. family and friends
3. health
4. freedom
5. electricity
6. running water
7. plenty of food
8. warm house
9. clothes
10.the ability to see, hear, taste, smell, feel, walk, talk
11. laughter
12. sunshine
13. job

We do not appreciate these things until they are taken away or don't have them to begin with. The only thing on this list that can't be taken away is our faith.
Could go on and on but would like to hear what you are thankful for.

In primitive society, when native tribes beat the ground with clubs and yelled, it was called witchcraft: today, in civilized society, it is called golf.
