Sherman County Bank Closes

Sherman County Bank in Loup City was closed today by the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance. Click on the link below for full details of the closing and what you can do to insure your funds are safe. According to the FDIC there will be no change in available funds and all deposits and checks will be honored by the Heritage Bank of Wood River.

The phone number will be operational this evening until 9 p.m., CST; on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., CST; on Sunday from noon to 6 p.m., CST; and thereafter from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., CST.
