Prayer Chain: CommentsPRAYER ANSWERED!! My friend Bill Caswell was able to receive a liver transplant and is now on the mend! For those who don't know Bill (and few here would) he is a songwriter and his list of recording artists starts and Kenny Rogers back in the 70's and gets better from there. One of his best IMHO is "Sweet Allis Chalmers".SWEET ALLIS CHALMERS Prayers are needed for Tammy Mohrs family. Tammy was killed on Tuesday by kick in the head from a horse. She leaves behind two small boys aged 7 and 9 and her husband. Tammy was the daughter of Donnie and June Holeman of Arcadia and has an older sister Theresa and younger brother Donnel. She lived in Kimball NE. I understand memorial services will be on Friday or Saturday in Arcadia. Continue to keep my son in prayer over in Kuwaitt-got a call from him early this morning and they were heading out on a mission-always scares me just a touch Please pray for David and Rachael Lueck, Seth was killed last night in a car wreck. They need your prayers along with his sisters and friends. Nobody, ever, should have to lose a child. Seth was 13 and a wonderful friend to my son Colin, couldn't have asked for better. Thanks. Please pray for my friend Robbi she goes in tommorrow at 11:00 in Kearney to have a stent taken out of her uriter (don't know how to spell it) it goes between your kidney and your bladder. She had 1 stent put in and it didn't heal so they put another in they are going to try a metal one this time but she isn't feeling good about it because it's metal. This is from Bonnie Andersons daughter Cindy. Our son Sam is a wonderful young man who is 8 years old. He will be 9 in January. He is going into the 3rd grade in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Sam had been having some pain in his right knee most of this summer (2009). As the pain increased we realized that something might be wrong and we made an appointment for him to see an Orthopedist on 8/10/09. At this doctors appointment an X-ray was done of Sam's leg/knee and it showed that there was a mass that the doctor believed to be cancerous. Samuel went into the hospital just a few days later for a series of tests. He received a cat scan, MRI, and also a full body scan. Our family met with the pediatric oncologist the following day and Samuel was diagnosed with a type of cancer called Osteosarcoma (stage 4). The cancer is in his right knee and it has also spread to both of his lungs. This is an agressive type of cancer and it will be treated with agressive forms of chemo. We are asking everyone to please lift up our litle boy Samuel Gordon Bish in prayer. We pray for healing!! We serve a mighty God and we know that HE can heal Sam if that is his will for Sam's life. Please be prayer warriors along with our family as Sam starts this very difficult journey in his young life. Prayers for the familys of all involved in the recent arrest of Craig Vogeler. There will be a very large circle of people touched in one way or another by this event be they family, friends or business associates of all the parties concerned. Our county and the communities of North Loup and Ord also need prayer in this time of trouble. NCHEA Members, Support Group Contacts, and Homeschooling Supporters: Prayers for our community which is about to tear itself apart once again because a few people want things their way (pick a side, any side). Not that anybody ever reads this page or uses it, but hopefully God is listening... You are wrong, Admin.......................it is read!!!! Prayers for all involved with the Ft. Hood shootings - - those on the base, know those on the base, family members, those overseas, etc.....what a tragedy. Amen, Huskerfan09 Amen, huskerfan09 Amen. I seen rock's mrs today uptown. She said he has pneumonia. He could use some prayers, and good thoughts to help him get well soon. Prayer requested for my mother Lillian Baker who has pneumonia. I just talked to my sister again. The doctors have sent Riley home! Incredible!!! He went from PICU to home after major trauma and not even being in the hospital for a week! He is confined to very little activity for 6 months and nothing like sports or playful wrestling after that, so his kidney doesn't split open again. But, his case is such a miracle!!! Everybody is just blown away! I love it that God's showing Himself strong in this! Sooooo cool!!!! Keep praying, though. His mom, Lisa, is a nervous wreck having him home so soon.
